Drip irrigation
Drip irrigation system provides the root zone with an appropriate quantity of water promptly. Irrigation is performed according to the adjusted program and depends on plant conditions and age, greenhouse air temperature and amount of light.
CO2 fertilization
CO2 is considered to be the main “building” material for plants. There are sensors adjusted in the greenhouse that control CO2 level in the zone with a great number of photosynthesizing leaves. According to the sensor's data, an automated system regulates CO2 supply for supporting plants full growth and development.
Fogging system
There are evaporative cooling and humidity systems in every greenhouse section to regulate temperature and air humidity. Water for this system undergoes multistage purification.
According to the system humidity parameters, water is sprayed droplets in the greenhouse, then the water vaporizes, which reduces air temperature and increase humidity.
Own seeding section
Our 2 seeding sections allow us to grow seedlings in our agrocomplex and control growth quality and plant development since the very first day.
Phytosanitary measures
Plants, developing in the perfect microclimate, require strict protection measures from external environment threats. Multistage sanitary system provides a high protection level and minimizes the risk of infection.
Lightning system
All the greenhouse sections are equipped with phytolamps that allow us to grow plants under the photoculture technology. Application of photoculture makes it possible to obtain high yields within winter months when the natural light does not let plants grow and give vegetables. The system helps the plants not to be dependent on the weather conditions and produce crops.
Bumblebees pollination
Pollination is performed by the bumblebee families that live in the greenhouse. First and foremost, bumblebees let us achieve the best quality of our vegetables and high yield indicators.
Biological protection methods
As a preventive measure, the greenhouse is regularly inhabited with some insects that do not allow dangerous microorganisms to develop in the greenhouse.
Microclimate control system
Weather sensors adjusted around the greenhouse read the weather parameters. According to the given data, the microclimate is changed.
Twenty-four hours a day the comprehensive automated system controls a lot of greenhouse parameters such as temperature, humidity, irrigation and lightning.
Seeds laboratory test
Our seed suppliers are the world-leading companies. Seeds do not contain GMO components and undergo a careful laboratory test.
Product quality control
The greenhouse project for growing vegetables is aimed at providing consumers with high-quality products of domestic production. Agrocomplex Ivanisovo LLC has developed, documented and implemented food safety management systems that ensure control at all stages of production — storage, transportation and sale. To confirm the level of organization and compliance of production with international and Russian standards, in September 2020 the company passed another relevant audit and confirmed its level by obtaining certificates of conformity.: —Food quality management system based on the principles of HACCP GOST R 51 705.1−2001; —Food safety management system GOST R ISO 22 000-2019 (ISO 22 000:2018).
